It is our responsibility to ensure that our huts comply with health and safety legislation to ensure the safety of guests and staff in relation to Covid-19. Limiting the spread of the Covid-19 Virus is an additional consideration beyond our existing responsibilities. Following the Covid-19 pandemic, as hosts we have a responsibility to ensure our accommodation is clean, not only to the eye, but also that any potential virus is removed to the best of our ability to prevent any spread.
So how will we keep you safe? We are striving to provide Coronavirus Safe holidays. As a self-catering complex surrounded by nature, you will have minimal interaction with anyone outside of your hut. We have acres of farm land for you to enjoy, and each hut enjoys its own private decking.
Contactless Check-in & Check-out We are offering contactless check-in and check-out for your self-catering holiday. We will advise you prior to arrival of directions and how to access your hut. This way you have no need to interact with anyone.
Check-in time 4pm & Check-out time 9am Due to the enhanced cleaning we will be undertaking, we have changed our check-in time to 4pm & check-out time to 9am. We would like to advise guests that this may limit ability for early check-ins. However, please feel free to contact us ahead and check if this is possible. We will cater to your requirements where possible.
Disinfectant Measures As normal, we will deep-clean each hut thoroughly before your check-in. Additionally, we will undertake enhanced cleaning measures. This includes (but is not limited to) the addition of disinfectant spray (Envirosafe Virus & Bacteria Cleaner & Sanitiser - ANTI-BACTERIAL EN1276 LOG KILL 6 = 99.9999%, ANTI-VIRAL EN14476 LOG KILL 4.33 = 99.99%, ANTI-FUNGAL EN1650 LOG KILL 6 = 99.9999%) of all major surfaces. The provision of face masks and changing of gloves by our cleaning staff between each hut.
Does this impact our eco status? Yes, during this time, the health of our guests is paramount. But we are doing all we can to be as eco-friendly as possible, whilst introducing more disinfecting measures.
Hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes will be provided for guests in each hut.
For further information during your holiday, we will have NHS guidance in each hut. As things progress, we will continue to liaise with Visit Wales and Mid Wales Tourism who are keeping us up to date with additional advice and we will remain aligned to all Welsh Government and Public Health Wales guidance.
